Willow Lane was founded on one simple belief: great care begins with understanding.
After struggling with severe acne for nearly two decades, founder Crystal Rivali finally found an esthetician who didn't just treat her skin—she helped her understand it. That experience inspired Crystal to pursue advanced clinical training, becoming one of a select group of Master Certified Hydrafacial providers in the United States while working at Spa Nordstrom in Phoenix, Arizona.
When Crystal returned home to Litchfield, she founded Willow Lane with a vision of creating a place where education, personalized care, and genuine relationships come first.
Over the years, that vision has grown into something even bigger. Through caring for thousands of clients, Willow Lane discovered what is now at the heart of its philosophy: skin, scalp, and hair are deeply connected. Today, every recommendation and treatment is built around that understanding, helping clients achieve healthier results through education, personalized care, and a trusted partnership.

The Founder & Visionary
Growing up in Litchfield, Crystal's journey took her through various paths and introduced her to captivating people during her time away from home. Along this transformative journey, she not only refined her business skills but also achieved a RYT-200 yoga teacher certification. Crystal's unwavering commitment to skincare led her to become a licensed esthetician, engaging in advanced trainings with renowned brands like Hydrafacial.
Her tenure at Spa Nordstrom in Scottsdale was pivotal in expanding her knowledge and expertise. Under the mentorship of esteemed professionals like Beverly Hills celebrity esthetician, Kate Somerville, and New York City-based physician, Dr. Dennis Gross, Crystal gained invaluable insights. These experiences have profoundly influenced her approach to skincare and wellness, and she is enthusiastic about imparting her knowledge to the local community.
