Growing up in Litchfield, Crystal's journey took her through various paths and introduced her to captivating people during her time away from home. Along this transformative journey, she not only refined her business skills but also achieved a RYT-200 yoga teacher certification. Crystal's unwavering commitment to skincare led her to become a licensed esthetician, engaging in advanced trainings with renowned brands like Hydrafacial.

Her tenure at Spa Nordstrom in Scottsdale was pivotal in expanding her knowledge and expertise. Under the mentorship of esteemed professionals like Beverly Hills celebrity esthetician, Kate Somerville, and New York City-based physician, Dr. Dennis Gross, Crystal gained invaluable insights. These experiences have profoundly influenced her approach to skincare and wellness, and she is enthusiastic about imparting her knowledge to the local community. She oversees marketing initiatives, social media management, website design, client communications, and operational systems while helping bring the Willow Lane brand and vision to life. Kirsten is also a certified Airbrush Tan Technician, specializing in creating natural, customized sunless tans that leave clients feeling confident and glowing.

Passionate about both business growth and exceptional guest experiences, Kirsten strives to create a welcoming environment where every client feels valued from the moment they walk through the door. Whether she's behind the scenes managing operations or helping a client achieve their perfect glow, her goal is always the same: to ensure every Willow Lane guest receives outstanding care and leaves feeling their best.
