Growing up in Litchfield, Crystal's journey took her through various paths and introduced her to captivating people during her time away from home. Along this transformative journey, she not only refined her business skills but also achieved a RYT-200 yoga teacher certification. Crystal's unwavering commitment to skincare led her to become a licensed esthetician, engaging in advanced trainings with renowned brands like Hydrafacial.
Her tenure at Spa Nordstrom in Scottsdale was pivotal in expanding her knowledge and expertise. Under the mentorship of esteemed professionals like Beverly Hills celebrity esthetician, Kate Somerville, and New York City-based physician, Dr. Dennis Gross, Crystal gained invaluable insights. These experiences have profoundly influenced her approach to skincare and wellness, and she is enthusiastic about imparting her knowledge to the local community. Crystal looks forward to creating a transformative beauty experience for you at our salon!

Born and raised in Litchfield, Kirsten is deeply committed to supporting her local community. A proud graduate of Litchfield High School, she is currently pursuing a business degree at Lincoln Land Community College, with plans to further her studies and earn a master’s degree in sports marketing.
As a Willow Lane Spa team member, Kirsten brings warmth and energy to every client interaction. In addition to managing our social media platforms and website design, Kirsten is our airbrush technician. She takes pride in helping clients achieve a flawless, sun-kissed glow with her expert airbrush tanning services.

Elisabeth brings a calming presence and a genuine passion for skincare to every appointment. With expertise in full-body waxing and rejuvenating facials, she’s dedicated to helping clients feel comfortable, confident, and cared for from the moment they walk through the door.
When she’s not in the treatment room, you can find Elisabeth enjoying the outdoors, getting creative with arts and crafts, dancing at music festivals, moving her body, and spending quality time with loved ones.
